Analysis of the Results of the Sumenep Regency BPS Data Needs Survey 2024

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has routinely conducted a Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) every year which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey, in addition to aiming to obtain the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, also aims to identify data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that every public service provider is obliged to carry out an evaluation of the performance of public service implementers. One form of this evaluation is realized through the implementation of the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) as regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling Public Satisfaction Surveys of Public Service Provider Units. The report on the results of the implementation of the 2024 SKD is presented in a publication entitled "Analysis of the Results of the BPS Data Needs Survey, Sumenep Regency 2024". This publication provides a descriptive explanation of the performance of service units, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data. Data presentation is presented in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication.
